it’s been view days after i replacing this site server, everything looks incredibly fine, only one thing that keep bugging me, the wordpress stat plugin won’t start tracking  my blog’s  statistics, maybe it was because this website IP has change, while the wordpress.com won’t change the IP on their server. After few days looking for solution, then i decide to move the tracking to google analytics.

It was a fine tools,  but however the process still require you to manually edit your themes. google analytics require you to put a tracking script just before </body> tag, you can find this on footer.php (commonly).To access footer.php go to design menu (in WP 2.5 and above), then choose Theme Editor, on the sidebar choose footer.php; roll down to the bottom of this files. then put the script before </body> tag; then it’s done!

but however GA require you to wait for 24 hours for GA to collecting information regarding your site on the net, and in my experience, it tooks about 3 days that GA start displaying your site’s stat.The stat was nice, it give you common site visit and pageviews, and the nicer things are they give you stat on referer making you understand the source of your traffic.
