Great, few hours ago i found message on my mailbox saying that my Payoneer card already approved. Now it is on a shipping process. There is a note in that mail. Do try to withdraw money using the card if there is no fund available, some ATM will simply eat the card.
Anyway, another interesting fact, Payoneer works with Western Union, and i think i can work kind of a triangulation between WU, Payoneer and Paypal. So if i want to add my paypal balance, I can send money to Payoneer via WU then send them to my Paypal Account.
Too complicated? well i think it’s worth the effort. I have a strict policy for not giving anyone or anything my Credit Card account, not with the Scammer/Skimmer/Cracker/Hacker or whatsoever still trying their luck in Indonesia. And using this technique i can eliminate the presence of 3rd party paypal balance seller (do not misinterpret this sentence, those guys are great guys, but i think it’s better if i can doing things on my own).
One thing that almost forgot to mention, the mail says 14 business days, but from people experience card arrived no sooner than 4 weeks in Indonesia, soon after receiving the card i will update my blog about it.

yes, however you should understand that to utilize WU you should apply for Payoneer Card, while the aplication process is free, Payoneer could give you headache with their big n bulky activation and transaction process fee.
