Life simply isn’t going any easier. Simply said. I just finish doing my routine blogwalking, and found some issue regarding Google PR, well, at least for me the issue wasn’t a pleasant one.
As you may aware, Google PR calculation was based on so-called Google PR Algorithm. There is many version of exact algorithm, but to make it short it was based on site giving link to our site. As if this late algorithm wasn’t hard enough to coup with, Google make a 2009 update of this algorithm. In general the updates involving user behavior, in details it is about:
- how people getting on your site
- how people leaving your site
- how long do they remain on your site
- the bounce rate [this will hit entrecarder hard!!)
In my opinion, this will make life harder for people doing a domain farming (my terms for people buying cheap domain, fill them with spun/free article, doing some link exchange, then wait for a PR miracle). But somehow i still optimistic, we will overcome this!
Any suggestion on this new algorithm workaround ?

That would work if Google know, so that would only apply to people who have Google Analytics installed ? So the solution would be not using Google Analytics but some other stats tracker ?
just check out my site if u want to increase u’re PR
nice idea with 1000 blogspot blog, however still can’t imagine how will you manage them all.
i think Google crawl website independently, despite you use Google Analytics or not, so there will be no different whether you use Google Analytics or not.
Alexa rankings can’t be the sole determinants of measuring a sites importance and popularity as the http://www.alexa.com/data/details/main/fortunehotels.in rankings do not take into account all the browser types like Windows Vista etc.

Only stupid folks believe in what Get100onewaylinks wrote. That comment is so stupid. Who need to pay for a guy who even can make his own site get PR 1 ? 5$ ? Stupid ! Even 1$ is not worth !
So its not just put some backlink in others people blog is it? Auch, then it will be hard to work around this new algorithm then…

thank you for your info
I absolutely agree with you. Last years google is proving a well known blogger’s statement “Content is king”. Links and onsite optimization still work but your stats are playing an important role too. On the one hand it’s hard to make seo, but on the other hand the Internet becomes cleaner. And actually it’s a good trend.
